1. Services
Elektro25 provides AI music generation, audio processing, track delivery, library features, and related checkout flows. Some features depend on third-party services such as Pi Network and Mureka.
2. Payments
Prices are displayed in USD and converted to Pi using a signed, time-limited quote. Payment is only completed after successful approval and completion through the Pi flow.
3. Mureka Disclosure
Elektro25 may use the Mureka API platform for music generation. The exact model may vary by feature and availability. Current integrations may use model configurations such as auto and mureka-o2, or newer platform models selected by the backend.
Generated content may be subject to the applicable Mureka terms and commercial authorization rules for paid API outputs.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must only submit content you own or are permitted to use.
- You must not request or upload material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- You are responsible for the legality of prompts, lyrics, and uploads.
5. Intellectual Property
Paid outputs include a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered content lawfully. You may not misrepresent AI-generated content as solely human-created when that would be misleading or unlawful.
Elektro25 branding and related marks remain protected. INPI - Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial is expressly preserved within these rights.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use Elektro25 to infringe rights, generate unlawful content, bypass payment controls, disrupt the service, or violate third-party provider terms.
7. Limitation and Liability
Elektro25 is provided on an as-is basis and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and disputes will be handled in Lisbon, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
